Q. When is the BEST time of the day to take my vitamins

A. There really is no BEST time. It depends on your schedule and your body. Most of our customers take their vitamins every day with their breakfast meal. We do encourage taking your vitamin with or following a meal, instead of on an empty stomach.

Q. I have a hard time swallowing pills. Do you have a liquid form of Daily Health Pack available?

A. No, we do not sell a liquid version of Daily Health Pack. Mainly because research shows that vitamins in a liquid form are eliminated from your body, through urine, before they are properly absorbed. If you have trouble swallowing pills, here a few suggestions. Take the pills one at a time with a full glass of water. The water will help the pill slide down your esophagus and will help to eliminate any discomfort or gagging that occur for some. You can always crush your Daily Health Pack pills and sprinkle them within a food product if this works best for you.

Q. But I feel nauseous when I take vitamins!

A. Daily Health Pack's sole purpose is to make you feel better and achieve better health! There is nothing in Daily Health Pack that should make you feel ill. Whenever you introduce new things into your body, you may feel differently. For many, our diets are so devoid of proper nutrition that a healthy diet is foreign. Q. Is there anything in Daily Health Pack that would interfere with my prescription medications?

A. Daily Health Pack is a daily multi-vitamin complete with nutrients designed around a recommended allowance. We recommend consulting your doctors so that you can be advised based on your particular condition. Doctors typically applaud our customers for taking a step toward better health!
